How it works

Step 1: Purchase shipping materials

While you are free to choose any shipping materials, we recommend you purchase packaging designed to protect electronic devices during shipping. We recommend EPE Packaging Solutions.

Step 2: Generate shipping and return labels

You may choose any carrier to ship your device, however we recommend Pirate Ship to compare shipping rates and shipping speeds, generate your shipping labels and tracking information. IMPORTANT: You must generate a prepaid return label and include it with your device. If a return label is not included, the device will not be shipped back to you until a return label is provided.

PLEASE NOTE: New devices can be shipped to Digital Privacy Sessions directly from the manufacturer, skipping steps 1 & 2.

Step 3: Select the desired Privacy Installation Service and fill out the form

Installation costs will be invoiced to the customer after a successful installation. Once the invoice has been paid, the device will be shipped back to the customer using the return label. IMPORTANT: We are not a computer repair shop. All devices must be shipped to us in good working order.

Before shipping your computer, please make sure it meets the following Minimum System Requirements:

  • RAM: 1½ GB
  • Storage: 40 GB
  • Display: 1024 × 768 resolution
